"jells"
[as for the title: it's the shortened version of jealous... heard this recently and I laugh every time I use it... never fails.]
The Aquarium of the Pacific... Gabriel & Elias had a sea lion-puffin-urchin-sharky good time. At the touch-tank I found myself with one hand pulling eli out of the tank of sharks and rays and with my other hand forcing gabe downward to touch the sleek swimmers. what opposites... i laughed only later as I recalled this image. their little minds were blown away by all the sea creatures... they ran gitty down the dim halls, stopping at every tank, gabe revealing the name of each dweller. we were kam and her fam... man she must have nursed those twins at every possible rest spot in that place. josh and gabe had the most amazing time. we were so grateful for this adventure.

ok, so we thought we were exceptionally witty...
strolling into the JC penny's photo department in summer clothes for our family Christmas photo... it was an easy 74 degrees out. we got a very good laugh out of it though the employees were hardly phased. clearly they see nimrods like us pulling this stunt on the regular. well twas fun choosing a frosty backdrop to complete our hokey look... though the chef was only subtly amused. still I could not wipe that silly grin off my face, we had pulled it off... curtain crinkle and all!
